I AM A GEEK: Kindly Certify That...

I think I am a geek because of the following reasons:

BIG BANG: The Television Show
1. I am fascinated by the television show BIG BANG and my friends refer to me as Sheldon.
2. I am the only one laughing when I watched it, even my parents can't appreciate it.
3. I managed to form a group with the same characters from school, unfortunately we were teachers and not students.

I am the girl version of Sheldon: Brutally Frank

Science rather than Fashion
1. Girls my age where busy buying clothes, while I was so happy finding good books at the bookstore.
2. My batchmates were going on parties and dates, but I was happy reading my books at the comfort of my own little room.
3. DO NOT DISTURB: SHE IS BUSY This is a sign mom knows when I start holding a book or a pen. Even dinner will not motivate me to stop. I need to finish what I have started.

Tulips rather than Roses
1. Women adore their roses, but I prefer tulips because they are rare in the Philippines.
2. Because they grow in the mud, but they remain beautiful
3. Because they last longer when placed on a vase (Unfortunately, I haven't both one for myself. I just enjoy looking at them at the flower shop and here at my laptop)

I LOVE MY TULIPS....

Independece rather than relationship
1. Yes, I am weird. I am happier being free. I am proud of it and no one could convince me otherwise.
2. I don't want to be tied to anyone and be followed around by anyone. Hey, I am not a kid anymore.
3. I want to pay my own dinner, lunch, breakfast, coffee and snack. I earn my own money so you don't have to buy me any.

Introvert Personality
1. I have 1,2,3,4,5 friends. That is too many. I believe I only have two the most... but lots of acquaintances.
2. I would choose the corner seat in a room, simply because I don't want to listen the senseless chatters of idiots... (oops, normal individuals I should Say... hehehe)
3. I would be happy walking at the beach or park by myself. The shore, the sky, the sunset and the fresh air are all for me. (Yup, I guess I am selfish)

I love Chocolates
1. I love sweets but I don't get fat.
2. I will fight with my niece just to see her cry and then try all means possible to cheer her up. (Hey, that is not being a geek, that is being sadistic).
3. I love sweets, but would slowly eat it up because I want to identify the ingredients contained in it. I want to utilize all of my senses enjoying the food I eat.

I talk to myself, most of the time.
1. I want things to be rational and logical, so I challenge my all reasoning before I do anything. ( I learned it from my philosophy courses... tons of it)
2. I become a blogger because I want to read my own thoughts and ponder about them.
3. It is just fun competing with your ownself and trying to beat it. ( Does it make sense... only geeks will understand)

I am still normal... according to my definition of norma. That is why I wonder why mom say that I am weird, but dad says I am unique. My brother would make no comment at all and my acquaintances will smile. My close friends would laugh and strangers would cross their brows.
