The Philippines
has once again suffered from continuous rains and the streets of Manila are flooded. Many
are now resting in covered courts with only their children by their side. They
have no food or money inside their pockets, only their lives. Nevertheless,
there is one thing that makes Filipinos unique their ingenuity. Look at some of
